Here's how to get from "head knowledge" to ACTIONS that will make you feel better from SIBO and IBS right now...

The #1 reason people can’t heal from SIBO and IBS is an inability to turn information into ACTION.

No action, no results - which means you’re still suffering with IBS and SIBO (even though your head is full of information about what you SHOULD be doing).

This leaves you frustrated and ashamed. You know more about IBS and SIBO than most doctors - and yet you can’t get better. Is it just about willpower? What’s wrong with me?

Stop right there.

There is NOTHING wrong with you. It’s not your fault. (I promise - I’ve been there and made it to the other side.)

The problem isn’t YOU.

What you need is expert information paced in a way so that you can use & absorb it.

What you need are hands-on, interactive, action-oriented SIBO Workshops...

Meet Your Host

I’m Shivan Sarna and after a lifetime of digestive problems, I was diagnosed with Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth in 2015. I was so excited to finally have a name for the symptoms that made me miserable - but I was quickly very frustrated by how hard it was to get access to reliable SIBO information, or even an appointment with a doctor who had experience treating SIBO. I set out to get answers about SIBO for myself - but along the way, I met hundreds (and then thousands) of other people like you who had the same problems: How do we find experts who really understand SIBO? What do we do if we can’t travel to see one these experts? Will we have to suffer forever?

I went back to my roots a teacher (I taught yoga in my own studio for years) and focused on bringing the experts together in one place to teach all of us: that’s how SIBO SOS™ was born.

I created the SIBO SOS™ Masterclass and Q&As to solve this problem. Each Masterclass and Q&A gives you the opportunity to learn from an expert practitioner directly and then ask YOUR unique questions. It’s like attending a medical school class and having an office visit all rolled into one. I’m alongside you for support, guidance, and a shoulder to lean on. I’ve been where you are today, and it would be an honor to help guide you forward. Let’s kick SIBO’s butt together!

What Makes The SIBO SOS™ Workshops Unique?

Expert teachers. The most up-to-date information from the brightest minds in the world. We don’t just ask anyone to teach a Workshop - if they’re here, it is because they are brilliant!

Ask your questions. You don’t just have to hope the doctor covers what you need to know. Instead, during the live events you can pre-submit your questions for the doctor to review before the presentation and answer live on the Q&A. And the recording is packed with all those questions and answers!

Community Support & Interaction. With our Workshops, you're not alone on this journey. Use the Community Discussion time before and after class to share your wins and get advice from others in your same situation. You'lllearn as much from the other participants as you do from the expert.

Workshop FAQ

What is a workshop exactly?

Our expert Workshops are your chance to learn from world-renowned SIBO experts! Each Workshop begins with a 1-2 hour Presentation taught by a small intestine bacterial overgrowth expert. After the presentation, we move straight into questions submitted by viewers like you. Q&A lasts 1-2 hours.

We offer Live Workshops approximately once per month. During Live Workshops, you’re encouraged to pre-submit your own question and join the Presentation and Q&A live. You’ll get unlimited access to the recording and transcript of the Workshop, any handouts given, and the Q&A.

Missed a Workshop you’re dying to see? You can purchase any of our past Workshops for immediate access! When you purchase a past-recorded Workshop you get immediate and unlimited access to the recording and transcript of the Workshop, any handouts given, and the Q&A.

Will my question definitely be answered?

We do our best to cover as many questions as possible - but we can’t promise that every question will be answered. There’s no such thing as a bad question, but there are types of questions that are more likely to be answered than others. The best questions are those that are 5 sentences or less and can help many people if answered.

What if I can’t attend live?

No worries! You’ll have unlimited access to the complete recording of each Workshop you purchase - plus a downloadable transcript of the entire class. (You can access all your products at any time by logging into your On Demand learning Library.) Questions for our Workshop must be pre-submitted - so even if you can’t attend live, you can still submit your question to be answered by the expert.

We are so sure you’ll love our Workshops, we’re happy to offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. We call this our Happiness Guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just email us at [email protected] and let us know. We’ll give you a complete refund.

What will happen once you Purchase? You will be taken to a page where you can fill in your credit card or PayPal details.

Next, you will receive all the necessary details to access your On Demand Online Learning Library, including the video, audio, and transcript. Plus training slides and handouts.

We are going to share the EXACT protocols that worked on us and many others. It is not meant to diagnose or treat disease, nor does it replace the 1-on-1 relationship with your primary care physician. Always consult a medical professional before taking supplements and work along with them as you work on your SIBO.
